There is nothing like water to create a sense of place, a sense of community, and a sense of well... just awesomeness. Portland knows how to do water... especially fountains. All through the city there are many types and shapes of fountains and water "art".

As Heather was attempting to scale the Love Joy Fountain, she got a little close and ended up soaking her entire leg. It was quite hilarious.
